This has been my project over the winter 2015/spring 2016 and (finally) backed in the water on June 24 of last year. It is currently located on Watauga Lake in a covered slip. Sale includes covered slip rent through 6/24/17. The boat is a 2003 SunTracker Party Cruiser with a total renovation. Everything was repaired or replaced on this boat to take it another 20 to 30 years. Includes original tandem trailer as well. As you know, these boats suffered from delamination of the walls which was a sort of defect from the factory. No concerns here as all walls were removed and rebuilt with Aluminum hollow core exterior, XPS foam insulation, and commercial grade Fiberglass wall panels facing the interior side. Be sure the boat you buy has this done correctly, as it’s just a matter of when the original walls rot from inside out. Another attractive feature of this boat is the New Crate engine installed in May of last year. Only 10 hours on this engine and runs like a top! This was not a rebuilt or remanufactured engine, it was new. As with most items, receipts can be provided to serious parties. I will list items and features of this vessel below.
