The motor needs nothing, Just been tuned-up, it starts right up and runs like a charm, it has a 2 New sparkplugs, New gas pump Kit, New Impeller, Carburator. [links]
Have a 2 stroke mercury 9.8 outboard in good condition. Has an 8hp cover on it though. Asking 1200obo. Located in peace river

Years:Early; 55hp flywheel shield. I suspect this disc that covered the flywheel might often be missing from the earlier models that had provision for it.

Years:1955-59; Mark 55-58 type long shaft lower gear housing assembly with 3/8inch mounting studs. Most of the skeg needs to be replaced. Seems to turn and shift OK. The prop shaft splines are poor. here
