-No milky substance in radiator or oil. -The coolant reservoir was low, but I just bought this and was the first time I had checked it. The radiator was still full of coolant. -Spark plugs don't look that bad. No gunk/build-up. No signs of any coolant anywhere. Changing them today though. -Cleaned the MAF -Cleaned the throttle body. -CEL came on but after battery disconnect, hasn't come back more

If it does, then that injector was working. If it does not, then it is a possibility that the injector was not working. If everything checks out to be good, then you would need to do a compression test to see if there is a cylinder that has a low compression. This can be caused by a burned valve, a bent valve, burned or stuck rings, or a burned head gasket. [links]

213k miles. Experiencing rough idle (needle steady but big vibration in every gear/felt at every stop), water steadily running out of tailpipe, and a little bit of white smoke out tailpipe, though it doesn't smell sweet, just like gas. First noticed the latter when I had it backed up to garage and within a minute the smell was so strong in there I had to move it.

Additionally, water is dripping from exhaust underneath car, with bit of smoke/steam leaking around boot.

The blown head gasket often comes with white smoke coming from the tail pipe and water droplets. You may also see air in the coolant reservoir or your engine might begin overheating. Either way, you want to get the problem resolved quickly before you need a complete engine replacement. here

You might notice a sooty exhaust, oily residue coming from the exhaust or blue smoke. Either way, you don’t want to continue driving with bad pistons or rings.

While the previous reasons weren’t anything to get alarmed about, a head gasket failure is. If the water coming from your exhaust is due to a blown head gasket, you have a serious problem. [links]

If the water coming from the tailpipe smells sweet, it could definitely be caused by a broken EGR cooler if your car is equipped with one. [links]

In the conversion, water vapor can make its way out of the tailpipe. As with the previous condensation, this should resolve itself within a few minutes and is considered a normal function of the exhaust system. [links]

if water coming out from exhaust pipe during start up , it is normal. however, if it continuously dripping after several or during running, then check the cylinder head gasket for damage. take note, while water is dripping , white smoke is also noticed if head gasket is damaged. more

The other possibilities aren't so good. If the liquid is coolant that means you've got a leak in the cooling system that is somehow finding its way into the exhaust. I suppose it could be another liquid as well, so it would be worth trying to catch some of those drips and identifying them.

This is in a 2002 Saab 9-5 Turbo.

You need to figure out what the liquid is. When the exhaust is cold water vapor in the exhaust (a normal byproduct of combustion) can condense before it gets out and it will drip. That's normal and it should stop once the exhaust system is hot enough that the water vapor no longer condenses. I would think that 15 minutes of driving would be ample to heat the exhaust to the point where it would no longer condense – unless you live someplace quite cold.
