Hi, I am considering purchasing a 2011 Volvo C70. The Car Fax shows several line items for “computer reprogramming”. Is this an issue or standard for Volvo? 5 in 6 years, 1 before the car even sold, oxygen sensor, than 1/2014, 3/2015, 4/2015 and 1/2016. May also have something to do with time of registration or routine service? Thank you very much for any feedback or guidance on this topic for me!

Diesel bug is contamination of diesel fuel by microbes such as bacteria and fungi. Water can get into diesel fuel as a result of condensation, rainwater penetration or adsorption from the air — modern biodiesel (a mix of diesel from fossil fuel and oil from plants) is especially susceptible to water absorption. The presence of water then encourages microbial growth which either occurs at the interface between the oil and water or on the tank walls, depending on whether the microbes need oxygen. Dead bacteria, fungus and their waste products result in a sludge which generally lies at the bottom of the fuel tank. In rough weather, however, this sludge can get mixed up into the fuel and sucked into the primary fuel filter, which can cause fuel starvation and your engine stopping in, remember, rough weather – just when you need it. here

A Volvo mechanic showed me the exploded diagram of the part this morning, and part of that shaft (on the MD2B) is too large to pull through the opening, meaning the whole cover would have to come off -- with the engine out of the boat. (He had an MD2B in the shop, with the cover off.)
2. Failing #1, has anyone tried converting the pump to belt-driven (mounting on the front of the engine -- like the alternator -- with a pulley on the pump's shaft)?

Rather than piecing this out I want to sell the whole lot for a very reasonable price. Anyone buying it could easily make back the purchase price by piecing it out. I just don't want the hassle.
It was donated to a charity (this was last weekend), and about an hour into the delivery the motor, which had until then been running fine, allegedly began spitting oil everywhere, and the boat had to be towed back.
