• Scientists are not blaming man for their doing but they just make an argue or a view that we have a least time to limit this problem and forward steps for earth’s benefit. People should eco-friendly with nature. Their work must be in side of nature. The conference of United Nations in Copenhagen (December 7-18,2009) on climate change had been eagerly awaited across the globe. Kyoto Protocol is the most important agreement in respect to global warming or climate change.
• During the past three decades sea surface temperatures have been constantly higher than at any other time since reliable observation began in the year 1800. United nation’s climate change conference in 2009 told that eleven of the past 14 years have been the warmest on record; the Arctic ice-cap is melting. [links]
The changes in the ocean have a great impact in the lives of animals and human-beings. It primarily causes climate change. These changes affect the weather locally and globally. The changes in climate alert many properties of the ocean. The depth of the sea is very much affected just due to the changes in sea life.

Fresh water has lower salinity (saltiness) than estuary water, where the ocean water mixes with river water. The ocean itself is most salty of all.
Normally, ocean water is less acidic than fresh water. Unfortunately, as the ocean absorbs more and more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, it becomes more acidic. Lemon juice is an example of an acidic liquid. Toothpaste is alkaline. The ocean is slightly alkaline. [links]
The Great Ocean Conveyor Belt carries warmer, less salty water from the equator to the poles, and colder, saltier water from the poles back toward the equator. Colder water and very salty water are heavier than warmer water and less salty water.
Fish and other animals in the ocean breathe oxygen and give off carbon dioxide (CO2), just like land animals. Ocean plants take in the carbon dioxide and give off oxygen, just like land plants. The ocean is great at sucking up CO2 from the air. It absorbs about one-quarter of the CO2 that we humans create when we burn fossil fuels (oil, coal, and natural gas.) If not for the ocean, we'd be in even worse trouble with too much CO2. here
However, when the ocean absorbs a lot of CO2, the water becomes more acidic. The alkalinity of the ocean is very important in maintaining a delicate balance needed for animals--like the mussels in this picture—to make protective shells. If the water is too acidic, the animals may not be able to make strong shells. Corals could also be affected, since their skeletons are made of the same shell-like material. [links]
The ocean does an excellent job of absorbing excess heat from the atmosphere. The top few meters of the ocean stores as much heat as Earth's entire atmosphere. So, as the planet warms, it's the ocean that gets most of the extra energy.
Human activities are threatening the health of the world's oceans. More than 80 percent of marine pollution comes from land-based activities. From coral bleaching to sea level rise, entire marine ecosystems are rapidly changing. [links]

Global warming is causing alterations in ocean chemistry and many oceanic processes, and it is threatening many species of marine animals that cannot cope with higher temperatures. Marine biome experiences an average temperature of 39 degrees Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius). The ocean biome is naturally colder at the South Pole, but as you approach the equator, it becomes warmer because the sun rays strike the water surface directly. Marine species are continually impacted by any change in climatic condition. The oceans are frequently disturbed by oceans waves and currents. This phenomenon causes typhoons and hurricanes, which may not have any impact on many marine species.
Sea Horse feeds on shrimps. It lives in coral reefs and seagrass beds in tropical waters. Sea Horse has mobile eyes that can see without moving. The male carries fertilized eggs, contrary to the belief that the female is supposed to carry the egg. [links]
