The speed depends on the specific engine. Kohler could be 3600-3750. Briggs is normally 3600. Some pushmowers can be as low as 2600 depending on blade length.

I have a tiller with the GX25. I cannot seem to get it started. I can’t figure if the choke should be in the up or down position. In the middle it will run for about 2 seconds.
