emdsapmgr: I know what you are saying about the molded hoses. On the output of the pump you can use a longer piece of straight hose so it has a more gentle sweep and won't kink, but they got you on the short right angle one on the input side. more

Insurance companies are extremely critical anymore and if you have a problem, ie: fuel leak, fire or whatever you will be held liable to the extreme if non approved hoses or parts are used!! here

All the 1/4" line is on the pressure side of the fuel pump, but point taken. Alan (Faztbullet) has mentioned that he doesn't use Sierra carb kits due to problems, and I had an issue with new defective Sierra piston rings. Gotta wonder about their quality.

There are many services apart from the Premium level and the app lets you use the on demand fuel service. Here you can ask for the best prices within a certain area.

Marine fuel app will help you find the best Marine Fuel Prices. Where to get the best deals on Fuel for your boat? this is a good question. You probably have scoped out the best place in your location, but what if you venture afar or even go on a cruise. Fuel prices are very volatile (Fuel prices can vary by over 200%) even within the same harbor. So if you come into a new harbor where do you go?

The fuel line is the part of the fuel system that allows fuel to be delivered from the fuel tank to the engine. There are sections of metal hard line and sections of rubber or nylon for flex. Where hard lines meet flexible lines, there is often a crimped metal flange. In modern fuel injection systems, this is needed to keep the lines from separating due to fuel pressure. Over time, these lines can rust, corrode, crack, or clog. This can cause vehicle performance issues and dangerous fuel leaks. If you are experiencing engine misfires, stalling, fuel smells, or leaks, then check the fuel lines. If you need to replace your fuel line, O'Reilly Auto Parts carries replacement fuel lines to get your vehicle back on the road.

I need to purchae a new fuel line and primer bulb for my 35hp 1986 Merc. Looking though the mega mall, there is one from Tempo and one from Universal marine. Is one better than the other (price would indicate that). <br />Not sure of the make of the one I'm replacing, but the primer bulb does not behave real well. here

All aftermarket fuel lines are crap. They get stiff in very few years and the plastic connectors are wimpy. You can't beat Mercury's lines and bulbs. You'll go thru two in a motor's lifetime. The cheapo crapola you'll be replacing every other year.
