Here is an example of a reman long block with Vortec heads.
5.0L Vortec Marine Engine, REMAN (1996-2010) [links]

You need a short block with a one piece seal(blocks after 1986) . If you were replacing both engines, I would be suggesting you purchase 350s. more

here is a new one:
5.0L (305ci) Vortec Base Marine Engine (1996-2013 Replacement)
They will give you $150/ea for your old Vortec heads. You could sell them on eBay for more though [links]
