You are not telling us what specifically you are concerned about or interested in. It's a 60 degree V4 oil injected engine of 105.4 cubic inches (1726cc). It's recommended wide open throttle rpm is 4500 - 5500 rpm but it can be propped for 5800 RPM. It has a 2.0:1 gear case but may have a 2.25:1 optionally. It has two dual throat carbs and is fitted with a 20A alternator with regulated output. It weighs about 335 pounds. It's a good motor. Keep it decarbed, use a fuel system conditioner to keep the fuel system and carbs clean and it will run for years.

RPM Information: 5000
Your engine's RPM range is important in choosing the right propeller for a given application. For example, if you look at your tachometer at top speed and it is not within the engine's RPM range then that is generally not good. You want your RPM's to be within the proper range while at wide open throttle (WOT). Be sure to do your testing under your normal boating conditions and with a good propeller (not bent, cracked, or excessively chipped).
