After 38 years, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is changing scenery, to your home. Our Patelin de Tablas Blanc will be competing with three other wines for the title of “super summer sippers.” Be sure to register for the event to see who comes out on top. Registration is free and we encourage you to pick up all three of the wines to taste along with host Anthony Giglio.

Consumer passes provide access to all 5 Grand Tastings and seminars throughout the weekend. Consumer passes allow you to pre-register for seminars to ensure your seat.
Passes for the F&W Classic in Aspen went onsale in April and sold out quickly. In order to protect the health and safety of all attendees, the event will have decreased capacity, so we are currently keeping a wait list and will accommodate guests on a first come/first served basis if additional space becomes available at the event. If you are unable to join us this year, we hope you will join us at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen June 17-19, 2022.

The events at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen feature a wide variety of foods and beverages from all categories. We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef, server or vendor whether or not allergens or ingredients are in the dishes you are going to consume. more

Lots of frogs will be trying the many food and drink offerings around the World Showcase, so be prepared for some busy lines for your favorite treat. Lines can vary so we recommend utilizing the list of favorites you made and prioritizing ones you definitely will wait for. If a line was short, we often hopped in while we could. We noticed France and the Simmering Sips booths had the longest lines when we visited. If a booth has an extra-long line, you can always try back later. here
Not ready to roll up your sleeves and cook, but still want to enjoy the yummy delights of a professional? A featured chef and beverage presenter taught you how to pair a match made in culinary heaven. This 45-minute demonstration allowed you to sample the dish and beverage in the spotlight!
