Despite its age, I found my visual inspection of this craft to be in better than average condition. The interior is in very good condition and it appears the ceiling carpet has been replaced. This is the expected wear but in my opinion, it is ready for a new owner and not requiring of anything but TLC Stock #111209 This Coastal 450 is Powered by Twin 454's. Mechanically sound, and the starboard motor has 100 hours and the port has 400! This is a great example of what a houseboat can be. Many of them are pontoon boats with a structure on top. This one is not an ocean going boat but can take a small of chop. This is a home on the water. Many folks use these for live a board and they are quite comfortable in that capacity. The main salon is divided into three areas. In the aft is the "den" with flat screen TV and ample seating. The middle is the galley, dining and a full head with separate shower. The forward is the impressive helm. The helm is replete with nautical charm. Plenty of rich wood and a classic "Yacht" wheel. There is a small berth to the port. Forward is the captain's stateroom. It features an all in one head and shower. There is a generous "party" area up top. The outdoor helm is there as well as plenty of seating. If you are looking for a good live-aboard or a weekend party boat, this could be the one you are looking for. In leu of a holding tank, this boat is equipped with a Purasan system.

The Cabin Tritoon project began in April of 2020 and was recently completed. Great care has been taken to update the original boat. The cabin, electrical, helm controls, Garmin, outboard, and seating were all newly installed. The Yamaha engine was purchased new in November 2019 and is still under warranty. Documentation for the cabin and deck build, engine, and the trailer work is available for review with an agreed offer. This very special Cabin Tritoon boat is offered for sale by the owners who custom built the boat just in the last few months. The original Grumman pontoon boat was stripped down, the original pontoons were reconditioned and sealed and a center pontoon added. The deck was extended to 20' and the aluminum cabin was added to make this one-of-a-kind Cabin Tritoon boat. The beautiful wood interior of the cabin sleeps four and is set up with air conditioning, a shower, and a porta-potty. The A/C power is provided by the onboard generator, or by shore power through the boat's onboard receptacle. Two batteries are stationed for engine and DC power. The cabin itself is made with an aluminum exterior covering, 1"x1" aluminum framing, and insulation.
