I recently purchased an adjustable seat pedestal/bicylcle seat for my #1 fishing partner (my 10 year old).

Here's the problem. The pedestal is a bit too short for him. It's a swivel-ease model, probably 16". I can add one of the 12" extensions that came with the boat, but then even with the seat down as far as it goes, it's too tall. [links]
