We know Elizabeth Frankini and Shane Coopersmith are not returning. They were both fired. Shane was fired after he found it difficult to match up to the speed at which the deck crew works. He was exhausted and knew that the job was taking a lot out of it. He is young and believes in doing things his way, which was not acceptable for his boss Eddie. Shane once napped while his team worked and left the laz door open, risking the safety of the ship and members on it. It came to a point where Eddie had to make the tough call and ask him to go, which he seemed okay with. more
