My friends and I had a great time this past Fathers Day and this company and their staff was a big part of it! Their accessibility and location were the best part because it was right behind our hotel and right on the water! Also, you can go right up to the area we set up our party at on the campgrounds. (Along the river). I would suggest you do your research beforehand cuz I was late picking up my jet skis, because I didn't understand the process and access points to the river. But they explained and answered all my questions. And someone was always available to pick up the phone. Their staff were friendly and helpful and made our experience easy and enjoyable. Not only were they friendly the staff should have their own reality show, cause there not bad on the eyes. Especially when they came around on those jet skis, looking like the Baywatch cast!! Ijs. Your search for a legitimate jetski rental business is over! This is it! I have rented jetskis from 3 other business it was nothing but chaos inconvenience and even worse bogus charges and fees. Inferior equipment was also an issue. I called Laughlin river jetski I worked with Stephanie. She was absolutely amazing honest and upfront about everything. I checked pricing at all the other places that had decent reviews she was by far the best! I drove all the way over from the bullhead city side to the Laughlin side just to rent from her and I'm so glad I did. The jetskis were awesome!( Not gas guzzlers like the ones I rented from other places ) they ran great no problems. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy The customer service also was great Stephanie was always available for all my questions and made our experience a pleasure! I will never rent elsewhere!
