First, your boat takes you to Procida, which is the neighbouring island to Ischia, and then on to Naples – a crowning conclusion to your tour. Enjoy wandering through this wonderful, historic old town. The Baroque churches and palaces, the Galleria Umberto and San Carlo theatre are just a few of the many sights to be seen. And don’t forget to order a Spaghetti Napoli in one of the memorable Italian restaurants while you’re here. The boat takes you over to Castellamare di Stabia in the afternoon. [links]

Discover by bike and boat the Amalfi coast. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and most popular coastal regions in Europe. The rough volcanic rocks along the coastal road, Amalfitana, the blue grotto on Capri and Ischia island are some of the stops along your route. Enjoy the scent of the lemon trees as you cycle along short but sometimes steep sections in the Gulf of Naples. Visit one of the many churches or spoil yourself with some of the tasty local cuisine. An insider tip: visit the town of Positano, built on terraces into the coast.

Enjoy the tour along this breath-taking panoramic road along the coast. Picturesque villages such as Minori and Maiori are on your way to today's destination, Cetara. It's also worth taking a detour to see Ravello. You won't just be impressed by the cathedral of San Pantaleone but also by the amazing view over the Gulf of Salerno and the mountains of Cilento. Your bike tour takes you back to Cetara via Vietri. here

Explore Sorrento in the morning. It is idyllically located on a plateau of tuff stone and surrounded by wonderful gardens of lemon trees. After the San Pietro pass, you follow the Amalfi coastal road, which was once considered the most beautiful in Europe. Positano is a delightful town with its colourful houses. Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones was inspired by the town and wrote the song Midnight Rambler in the cafes of Positano. Amalfi nestles idyllically up against green hills. You should definitely take the time to visit the beautiful cathedral. here

The official language of Italy is Italian. On Procida, most people working in tourism speak basic English, but it’s always good to know a bit Italian as it’s just a small island. [links]

From the center of Capri you can reach Marina Piccola quickly and easily on foot, via the panoramic Via Krupp which starts just beneath the Gardens of Augustus, or via the old Via Mulo. If you don't want to walk, you can always catch a bus from the center of Capri instead. [links]

The bay where, they say, Ulysses was seduced by the sirens.

In Marina Piccola, buses stop in the square close to the small Church of Sant'Andrea. A short flight of steps leads down to the beach and the Siren's rock where, legend has it, the Sirens seduced Ulysses. here

If you like the idea of spending a day on a beach with view of the Faraglioni, you'll love the pretty little bay of Marina Piccola: which lies directly opposite Capri's giant sea stacks.
On the sunny South side of the island, sheltered from the wind by a steep wall of rock, the bay is almost always warm. In fact, even in mid-winter you might easily spot the locals bathing in the sun (if not in the water!) here. [links]

There are two stretches of 'free' beach in Marina Piccola, both in the vicinity of the church: Marina di Mulo and Marina di Pennauro. To get the most of the sun, you'll need to arrive early in the day: the sun leaves the bay at around 4pm.

If I would rate this house on a rate from 1 to 5, I will rate it as 11. :) Maybe it just me and I just have a special click with it ( don't think so because my 14 yo daughter was very excited too) but it was extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. . more
