Similarly, how does a plane steer on the ground? An aeroplane can steer on ground by three methods: (1) Nose Wheel Steering. Nose wheel can be steered in either side by using rudder pedal or using a steering handle (Tillers). Rudder pedal is used in very small aeroplanes where pedal is connected to the nose wheel by mechnical linkage.
Converting from tiller to remote will require a lot of extras: steering control cable, wheel and helm assembly, ram, throttle quadrant and cables, all of which will retail for about $800 or more. You'll also need a console to stick all this gear onto.

because there are some tricks involved at the motor. Any mistake could

If you have electric start, the job is do-able, but probably not cost effective, especially with new parts costs. It may well be better to get an EP (electric/remote) model, rather than converting your (tiller) model. If you are presently pull start (only), and want to convert to electric start, add that cost (for starter motor, and all the associated bits) in as well.
Review a parts catalog, available on Elvin's website, and that will show you the differences in castings, etc, that will be steering-related. You will also need an RC fitting kit, to connect the throttle, shift, and key start stuff for the RC box.

From about $20 will put you in the middle seat. I imagine paying for a full conversion would be well over a $1000 , more than perhaps the motors worth. and then you lose space as well. here
