SOLVED: If on pc you'll have to change your default mic input device to your headset. here
I understand it's hard to get into a server right now however the few games i managed to get into i had no microphone input. It wasn't muted in the party menu and Voice was activated in the settings. I remember the first game i played i had a message pop up about my microphone input not being detected after the first match made game i played. I never really read it because i only had about 30 seconds before i was returned to ramsgate. I guess if i don't get any answers i ill just download the game again.

Push-to-talk and proper ultrawide support, it's [current year] people! [links]
Push to talk needs to be default in every game. I don't know why developers keep making open mic voice chat the default option. It's always seriously horrible. Open mic should be opt-in, always. [links]
For real. Yesterday some 12-14 year old started mouthing off after hearing me laugh at his friend getting knocked off the map; apparently my mic was on lmao. more
Just found the way to enable and disable your voice. Go to hunting party. And at the top right of the pup up menu it should have the symbol for microphone. You should be able to change it there. I just figured it out so thought I would help:)
