Additional - The Zimmerman Marine 36s done on the BHM 36 hull is a very nicely finished and practical downeast yacht. The listing broker has sold two other of Zimmerman Marine's boats and is very familiar with them. They are serious sea boats and with their single engine and propeller and large rudder protected by a long full skeg they are sea kindly, track well and handy around the dock even without the bow thruster. One key element is that as they set up to do these boats on a regular basis they did a much better job with engine space insulation than builder or finishers who did a boat here and there making her more quiet than many other downeast yachts. This is the next to last of the 36s built by Zimmerman Marine and it has been suggested that she was the most nicely finished and detailed as well as equipped example of their work. [links]
