2007 Grady-White 180 Sportsman 18 Grady White Center Console (2007), 180 Sportsman model, with 150 hp Yamaha 4-stroke (2014). Purchased boat new in 2008, and replaced the engine in 2014. Engine has 476 hours, with 4 years left on the 6 year extended warranty. The majority of the engine hours are at low rpm, trolling speed. Immaculate. Meticulously maintained by a knowledgeable owner. In addition to routine oil changes. the raw water pump was serviced prior to winter lay-up. Fresh water pump for shower replaced 4-16-17. Bottom is painted, new zincs, tune-up, and the entire boat has been waxed and detailed and ready to start the season. Get this "like new" boat, for $25 k less than a new model. Excellent family boat, but also an excellent fishing boat. Take the kids out to the beach for the day or a whale watch. Or head out to catch monster stripers.
