The reason these aren't built is that there's no market for them. Sure, there's loads of people who would love one of these (including me) but they would be incredibly expensive to buy and operate, far out of reach for anyone but the extremely wealthy. here
Business jet can offer luxury and comfort but what to do if you want some excitement or performance? Why are there no jets with massive after burning engines with thrust bigger than weight that can climb straight up and do several G? Something like a cross-breed between a Gulfstream and an F15? Maybe it's good business case to manufacture something like this? here
If you look at the car industry there are luxury comfort brand like Rolls Royce or Bentley but super expensive racing cars are probably even more popular. They offer limited comfort, are not practical, almost not usable on normal roads, not very reliable and offer terrible fuel consumption. But still everybody dreams about them and a lot of companies try to manufacture.
At the airfield I fly from there are Jet Provosts, a 50's era jet trainer, available. These old, not particularly fast or agile jets cost about 1000 USD per hour to fly. I've seen Mig-21 (certainly fast with lots of Gs) training for about $4500 per hour, which gives you an idea of the running costs for a fast, exciting jet. [links]
The existing market of people who can afford this is already supplied by military surplus jets. These run from trainers like the L-39 and Gnats to fighters and bombers like Migs, an F-104, hawker hunter, there's even a privately owned Harrier. These don't cost that much to buy considering what one would cost new, and there's plenty of them on the market, so there's no call for new builds. [links]

The business aviation is a very niche market that consists of companies of all sizes that rely on many different types of aircraft — from single-pilot airplane to turbine aircraft — that fly internationally, to helicopters that survey rush-hour traffic. Jet and turboprops are two main types of aircraft in the U.S. business aviation. During 2019, there were over 13,000 jet aircraft registered in the U.S. Some of the biggest manufacturers of business aircraft include: Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, Gulfstream, and Embraer.

Gulfstream, the largest manufacturer by sales values, takes 9th place with 121 jets delivered in 2018, up from 120 in 2017.
From 2008 to 2011, U.S. general aviation aircraft exports fell dramatically from 1,161 to 486 aircraft or a staggering 58.1% drop. [links]

Piston-engine aircraft are the most frequently sold general aviation aircraft worldwide followed by business jets and turboprops. In 2019, of the 2,658 aircraft delivered worldwide, 1,324 (50%) were piston-powered, 809 (30%) were jets, and 525 (20%) were turboprops. In 2018, of the 2,441 aircraft delivered worldwide, 1,137 (47%) were piston-powered, 703 (29%) were jets, and 601 (24%) were turboprops. here
In 2018, Jetcraft says new and pre-owned sales of private jets reached $26 billion. According to its tracking, there were 2,049 pre-owned aircraft sold last year, up from 1,913 in 2017 and 1,730 in 2016. However, recent growth followed a dip to 1,783 transactions in 2016 from the previous high of 1,914 in 2014. The forecast predicts used private jet transactions will peak in 2021 at 2,452 before falling back to 2,327 and then increasing to 2,426 in 2023.
It shows from a 2008 peak of $19.5 billion in annual sales in 2009 new aircraft deliveries plunged to $14.7 billion in 2011. In 2018, it was just $14.8 billion although they are expected to climb to $17.5 billion this year based on the tilt to bigger, more expensive jets. more
