You're going to be up near the 2000kg with a 5.5metre boat, motor, trailer, fuel, anchors, eskies etc. Have a look at a couple of dealer packages, ring them up and ask them what the total payload is. It's pretty safe to say you will need a 4 x 4 with a higher towing capacity.
