Corfu International Airport "Ioannis Kapodistrias" receives all-year-round flights from Athens, Preveza and Thessaloniki and from some European countries, too. The air traffic peaks during summer and the airport becomes busier. The airport is located about 3 km away from Corfu Town, which you can reach either by public bus, by car or by taking a taxi. There is a bus station close to the airport's entrance.
