We offer Extra Heavy-Duty 1.5mm PVC fenders , which is almost twice of thickness of regular PVC. We use only high-quality Korean PVC fabric with polyester support with excellent resistance to tearing, tension and breaking. Our fenders made of 1.5mm PVC is much more heavy-duty then other more expensive fenders found on a market today.

Very often heavy vinyl fenders are stored away from a vessel, simply because there is no room on the boat for and extra fenders. SATURN Inflatable Fenders are portable, foldable and really great in their ability to be stored in a small spaces, and quickly inflated whenever they needed. [links]

SATURN marine inflatable fenders are designed to protect motorboats, yachts and sailboats from a damage during mooring. Our Inflatable Fenders are made of extra heavy-duty PVC fabric that is resistant to tear and abrasion.

SATURN inflatable fenders can be stowed almost anywhere - deflated and then rolled up. Inflatable fenders can be inflated in a matter of minutes, and deflated even faster. Standard vinyl fenders are not exactly inflatable fenders, but basically inflated fenders that can't be deflated for portable storage. [links]

In fact, you don't even need adaptor for that. Just unlock pushpin valve by pressing it down and rotating clockwise. Then hold air outtake of electric pump directly against open valve and pump air. Fender will be filled in a matter of seconds, and then quickly remove outtake of electric pump and lock valve by pressing on pushpin and turning it clockwise until it pop slightly. That will prevent air from escaping. Close valve cover to avoid pushpin damage. Basic electric pump will inflate fender to around 90%, which should be enough in most cases, since you don't really need inflatable fender to be rock hard to protect main ship. To inflate to 100%, or as rigid as rock, you will need to connect provided valve adaptor to manual pump of your choice.

Use a vacuum cleaner or a 12-volt electric pump to deflate the inflatable keel. Close the valve and install the valve protector cap.

The valves should be in their "open" position for disassembly. They are open when they are in the down position. They can be alternately placed in their up (closed) and down (open) positions by pushing them down and turning one quarter turn. more

If your boat is equipped with a High Pressure Air deck Floor, remove the air from it and install the valve protector cap. It is not necessary to remove the floor from the boat unless you wish to clean the boat at this time. more
