That is a wonderful breakdown of the city for people like me who are not so familiar with the place. The B&Bs rarely share such insights and whenever I go down to booking them, I get confused about the areas. The center city would be my first choice given its proximity to places that I want to visit. I would definitely be looking for bargains on that one.
