At night you drop into a whole new world and watch it come to life under the glow of a dive light. The scene changes as day creatures disappear and nocturnal creatures emerge. Scuba diving at night teaches you to focus on what you can see in your light’s beam, on controlling your buoyancy by feel, on staying with your buddy and on paying attention to details you may overlook during the day. St. Maarten is a great dive destination. The outlying wreck and reef sites offer fantastic dives and excellent photo opportunities. Waters are warm and inviting, and the marine life is abundant. Moray eels, turtle and southern stingray are common sightings - and frog fish and jaw fish are a treat to find. Dive Adventures was established in 1990 as part of the large water sports and boat activity center that makes up Aqua Mania Adventures. We have 2 departure locations: Simpson Bay and Divi Litttle Bay. Exploring the reefs and wrecks around the island offers a unique experience. The choice of dive site is dependant on weather and sea conditions, departure location, and at the discretion of the dive leader in charge.
