The placement for the HANDBRAKE is also obvious. Four 8mm bolts are inside. One 5mm is under the car, in the rear, next to the left wheel.

CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER should be placed next to it. Again, attach it with two 8 mm bolts and one 9 mm.

While you are lowering the engine, look for the green bolts. Two are in the front, in the corner of the sled, and one in the back. All of them are 11mm size. If you see only one bolt in the front, try to move the crane a little bit or slightly lower or raise the engine. more

You need to place the fully assembled engine onto the carry bar, you will hear a click when it's correctly placed (there are two hooks on the engine itself). When you tighten the hoist's screws, the engine will snap into place. [links]

Attach an OIL PAN to the bottom of the engine block. Secure it with eight 7mm and one 13mm nuts, which acts as a drain when replacing the oil. Make sure that it is tightened as much as possible. [links]

Now it's time for four PISTONS. Insert them into the round holes in the cylinders of the engine block so that they are adjacent to the crankshaft. Each of them is screwed with two nuts of size 7, visible from the crankshaft side.

Ok then idk what could be wrong. U could try removing half shafts and then save and see if engine mount bolts appear. I've experienced missing engine mount bolts but usually lowering engine again or saving the game has fixed it.
