Shad Khan, the billionaire owner of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars and the English Premier League’s Fulham FC and co-owner of All Elite Wrestling, has put up his luxurious yacht Kismet for sale.
And it can all be yours for about $198.8 million.
The yacht includes a pool, movie theater, sauna, helipad, gymnasium and elevator.

The KISMET has eight staterooms, a helipad, a sundeck, a swimming pool, a full-service spa, and “a one-of-a-kind retractable outdoor fireplace.” [links]
It’s named the KISMET, which means “destiny” or “fate.” It’s been seen frequently in Downtown Jacksonville over the years, often docking along the Northbank in front of the CSX building.

Built in 2014 and measuring about 300-feet long, the KISMET can accommodate 16 guests in eight staterooms. It also has a helipad, sundeck, swimming pool, a full-service spa and a one-of-a-kind outdoor fireplace.

And then there’s the full-service spa (equipped with beauty saloon, saunas, and even an ice cold plunge pool) that is bigger and more luxurious than some of the most expensive land-based resorts I’ve ever seen…and two retractable sea terraces that open from the lobby and gym spaces.

Additional accommodation is found in the six remaining staterooms, including two VIP suites, where the opulent styles range from Japanese design to Art Deco flair. I also learned that VIP guests such as Beyoncé and Jay Z get full use of the yacht’s three separate lounge and dining areas, including the formal dining room that can shower 18 guests with the best service money can buy.
And of course, VIP’s can play pickup game of basketball on the foredeck (complete with an official 3-point line) or chill with a glass of wine on the expansive outdoor lounge area—when those areas aren’t being used to land helicopters of course! Meanwhile, the vast aft deck can easily be turned into your own private nightclub.
All guest cabins are "VIP suites."
I learned that Kismet was designed to impress onlookers while shielding VIP guests from too much attention. As a result, the Espen Oeino—designed exterior provides lots of private lounge space. Curvaceous stairs that frame the upper deck seating island and central outdoor fireplace allow for an open feeling on deck. And the large mosaic-lined pool and hot tub on the upper foredeck, and the observation deck above, stands out even among larger yachts.
