We had already mentioned that Croatia is quite the paradise for those who love nature. Well, that is what you get when you consider checking out Brac Island in Croatia. The area is beautiful thanks to the amazing water clarity.
This is not a dive for the faint-hearted. The Big Crack is an underwater fissure of the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates, creating a thrilling tunnel to swim through. here
In the opposite corner of Europe, you will find great diving in the North Sea. The Lofoten Islands of Norway are your chance to dive alongside majestic orcas.
Sitting at a depth of approximately 42 meters, it offers a wreck diving opportunity for both beginners and advanced divers. This is considered one of the top scuba diving destinations for wreck dives.
A dive trip to Malta is not complete without going to the Blue Hole and Azure Window. It is a world-famous dive site and one of the most unique underwater experiences you can have. more

We've been asked where in Europe is the best place to learn to dive. Training around Britain, or Northern Europe, prepares you best - if you can dive here you can dive anywhere - but for a warmer learn-to-dive holiday try Greece, Malta or Turkey. Don't forget some specialist diving travel insurance. here
For wreck diving Scotland takes some beating, from the scuttled German Fleet and "blocking" ships of Scapa Flow to the Hispania and other wrecks of the Sound of Mull. Further south, the Zenobia of Cyprus has been voted the best wreck dive in Europe.
Highlights apart from wrecks? The caves of Ustica and Sardinia; the clear waters of Malta and Gozo; the sharks and pelagics of the Portuguese Azores which are around 1500 km west of mainland Europe or, for something completely different, the extreme diving of Norway.
