The company is professional, . responsive, and helped to get us a day and time that worked for us out of the location we desired. From the timely start to the very end our family was extremely pleased with the yacht, the service and the experience. Captain Eddie and crew member Holly were amazing, accommodating, and so genuinely kind spirited. They truly helped to make this event perfect. It was a beautiful day and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience as we left my fathers ashes this day. Dear Jannek, Thank you for booking with us and thank you for your review. I read your constructive criticism and I would like to explain you why we do everything in the evening for the clients. We have 4 boats and we have over 240 rentals in the season, this is our 4th season working. Unfortunately in most of the rentals clients do not have experience and we had lots of damages during the evening check out. I am sorry if you felt like doing something wrong, that was never our intension, we are just being careful based on previous experiences. here
We enjoyed our days on board ZENON. The boat sailed well, sails are in a good condition and the engine works perfectly well; the electrical anchor Windlasses was very convenient for the several anchorages we visited alone the coast, (take some extra CV470 + camping GAZ bottles, that are available at any Decathlon in case you are planning to use the boat stove a lot, we didn't need the extra we bought but we took some just in case. Nice en very enjoyable sailing trip along the Côte d'Azur, Mr Roquette was very nice and friendly and it was a very easy self checking. We will rent ZENON again next year.
