Since the Mai-Kai opened in 1956 the restaurant has received considerable acclaim including Best Dining Entertainment, Best Unique Dining Experience and recognized by Restaurants and Institutions as one of Americas Top 100 Independent Restaurants. In November of 2014 Mai-Kai was added to the National Register of Historic Places. We also received National attention a few years ago when we were nominated in Cintas Americas best restroom contest and placed on the top 10 list.

One of Miami’s most fabulous destinations—Faena—offers a can’t-miss dinner & show on Fridays and Saturdays at the Faena Theatre. There, they will be showing the latest, intoxicating performance, Sensatia. Indulge in a delectable multi-course dinner served at the theatre before the show begins, then enjoy the provocative, exciting performance that is bringing in hundreds of people each week to enjoy the series. The dinner/show ticket includes two glasses of wine or prosecco from a select menu, a three-course dinner menu and the show. Dinner is served from 7:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. and the show begins at 9 p.m. Guests ages 18 and older welcome. This place is amazing, their music, location, service, Drag Queen Shows, etc. will make you feel great. We’ve been here before (for drinks only) and due to the fact that we are locals and we “Know” how the food could be in many restaurants around Ocean Drive we were hesitant to eat here, but as soon as they re-opened after Covid-19 we decided to give them a try and ordered two appetizers. Not only were SURPRISED by the presentation of both plates, but also the taste of the food 👍🏼 We ordered the Cauliflower Bites and Fried Calamari both were amazing, we paired our food with a Lagunitas IPA & a Havana Lager. more
