that Groningen in The Netherlands and became the birthplace of about 50 up to 33
ft. long steel STRIKERS with open bridge, twin Ford diesel engines and an
accomodation for four; in the early 60's marine aluminium alloy, thanks to

(Sale Pending) If you have been looking for a PSC37 (Crealock37) in great shape and fairly priced, this is the boat for you. Dulcinea (PCS37219E989) is a 1989 Crealock 37 (hull #219) and documentation number (954995). Her original owner ordered her from the factory in June of 1989 and she was delivered and commissioned to him in Miami, FL in May of 1990. There she sailed for 6 years as a coastal cruiser. In March of 1996 I purchased Dulcinea and shipped her to Illinois where she spent her next 13 ½ years cruising the waters of Lake Michigan. I relocated to Hilton Head Island, SC and shipped Dulcinea to there in July of 2009 where she has been lightly sailed as a coastal cruiser for the last 12 years. I have always kept her meticulously maintained and updated all the 25 years I have owned her and have complete records and details of this work. I have found my aging body (70+) does not want to go sailing as much as it once wanted to and it’s sad to see such a beautiful boat not used as much as she deserves. Dulcinea was delivered with some unique factory options. · She has 3 large windows in the main cabin area vs. the standard of 2 large windows and 1 small window. · She has a double thick rub rail with stainless trim to keep pilings off the toe rail. · She has 2 ea. 12” Bomar hatches instead of Dorade vents. A much better arrangement for coastal cruising. · She is one of the first Crealock 37’s to have white Formica panels on the interior trunk sides instead of wood paneling. · She is cutter rigged with a hanked on staysail with a pelican hook so she can easily be sailed as a sloop or cutter, a great option for coastal cruising. I don’t think you will be disappointed when you inspect her. She shows well compared to other PSC 37’s on the market. She still gets tons of sailors telling me I have a beautiful boat as she still is a head turner
