I just launched my 1520 and she is filling with water, much too fast.
I put the chromed center drain plug. I also plugged a small drain to it's right with the brass screw in plug.
gmiller0737 has the right idea. Open the round access port in the motor well at the launch with the boat still on the trailer then back her in the water and look to see where the water is coming in. If your boat has the deck drains at the rear of the cockpit there are 2 hoses that run from them to the transom. One of those may be damaged. Your live well pump mounts to the transom and it or the thru hull fitting could be damaged. [links]
