When you are experiencing battery problems, the first culprit is your battery voltage, so you should check this first. The battery powers the starter, and if it is not working, the starter will fail to engage completely.

If your starter solenoid seems to be fine, there might be another problem inside your starter motor. The parts that can accomplish this is the starter plunger or the starter pinion. here

You can identify the flywheel as the large wheel that is located between the engine and transmission. The starter pinion gears engage it to start the engine. What you should be looking for in a faulty flywheel are worn or damaged gears.

Charge your car battery fully, and you can even try to replace the car battery if you have another one you know works. You can also try jump-starting your car from the car battery of another car if you have the knowledge.

Even if you’ve done everything right, there’s still a chance that you might end up with a spinning bolt. Even if you need to tighten the bolt for the work you’re doing, chances are you’ll have to remove the spinning one and replace it. more

If you’ve accidentally widened the hole too much, you can use items such as metal putty to fill it up and set it before drilling a new one. [links]

You might have initially overlooked it, but there’s a possibility that the hole you drilled was not deep enough. Remove and measure the length of the bolt (the size should be in accordance with the object or surface you’re working on) and use a sharpened drill bit to drill deeper. Once the hole is deep enough, insert the bolt and tighten it with a wrench till it is firmly secured in place. here

Be honest! If bolts didn’t loosen you wouldn’t even be in this long drawn out predicament! So you are probably wondering why do they loosen anyway?

notice the ribs at the back end of the studs their NOT threads, they work/act like tongue and grooves, soooo nothing to strip out and has nothing to do with removing the lugs down the road pal but you would want to make sure the tongue is in the groove before you started drawing them in though, any crap that might be in the groove will be pushed out by the tongues more
