Our "Fully Loaded" Neptune III leaning Post is designed for hard-core fishers needing additional features, such as the full backrest and rear-facing grab rail. The four rod holders is the perfect helm support for carrying multiple rods in center console boats under 25-feet long. It's practical smooth upholstery design features an anodized aluminum frame, a folding footrest and a large under-seat storage space for coolers or tackle boxes.

I received the leaning post yesterday, it came without the back rest rod holders are plastic instead of stainless like the picture shows It has a dime size hole in the side of it and the fabric is torn on both side at the edge of the seat about six inches. Its paper thin. No cooler strap as well . I called customer service and the girl sounded like I was keeping her awake. DON'T BUY THIS . IT'S A PIECE OF CRAP. I'm really disappointed in Taco and have been very happy with their products for years .
The item in the picture is not the item I received today. The pictured item shows a Backrest, Aluminum Rod Holders and a grab bar across the back. I received a unit w/o these items. I'm very disappointed and not sure what to do. Why didn't I receive the item I saw in the picture.
