Russian fertilizer and coal magnate Andrey Melnichenko owns this 390-foot yacht. It may look like a submarine, but it doesn't submerge. This motor yacht (not to be confused with Melnichenko's sailing yacht) includes bomb-proof glass, which is apparently the sort of thing billionaires need to think about. At least it served him well until he listed it for sale in 2016, although there didn't seem to be any takers — Melnichenko still owns it. here
