Sir. is the motor a 2 or 4 stroke? Does the floor have any soft spots and is there any distortion in the sides ( waves)? Are there any other meaningful negatives not yet mentioned..chips in floor and fabric cracks. I have a sincere interest in your boat but have seen posted pricing down to 9000 dollars. At that price I will buy the boat. Please advise ..also are the tires in good shape on the trailer and have the bearings been packed with grease recently. You are just over 800 miles from me I look forward to your response. ***.

Boat appears to be in good condition for its age while the vinyl does show its age a bit. Overall, this is a nice package for a Whaler lover. here

I'm selling my 1984 18' Boston Whaler Outrage Hull and trailer. I replaced the full tank with a new 60 gallon aluminum full tank a year and half ago. Just to be clear this is a project boat. There has been a decent amount of water intrusion into the hull, and there are multiple soft spots on the deck. The bow needs some Fiberglass work. I ran this boat to San Clemente Island at least 60 times so it had a good life and caught plenty of sea bass and yellows. [links]
