bquick. Run a .040 gap if you do a lot of trolling, on either plug, and you'll be fine. What year is this engine? <br /><br />The rule of thumb for most OMC's is to be able to hold your finger on the top of either head for about 3 seconds before you have to take it off, this is roughly 140 degrees.
