So why does this site exist? It serves as a resource to buyers and owners of vehicles who want to purchase either a new vehicle or use a towable unit on their current vehicle. For example, if an RVer (towable unit like a travel trailer) needs to see if their current or future vehicle has the towing capacity to pull the towable unit, this site will give them weight limits specific to their make & model. GAWR is the maximum weight that can be placed on the vehicle's front or rear axles. The vehicle manufacturer gives each axle its own rating. FR is the front rating, and RR is the rear rating.
Exceeding the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of any vehicle may cause serious damage to the vehicle’s frame, suspension, axles, wheels and other systems. The GVWR is intended to be a maximum weight limit to protect the life of your vehicle. [links]

This weight sticker is put on by the RV manufacturer (Winnebago normally places it on the inside of the driver’s door). The OCCC figure is the maximum allowable weight of all occupants, plus weight of all food, tools, full fresh water tanks, full LP-gas tanks and personal belongings. here
